Above and Beyond Therapy is actively seeking qualified, caring Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBT) to provide ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The role offers growth, guidance, and a rewarding environment focused on helping children reach their highest potential.

The position involves 1:1 therapy in home or clinic settings, collaborating with BCBA supervisors, data collection, and regular trainings.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Effective communication in English, including verbal and written communication.
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
• Valid state identification card.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or in clinic environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings.
• You must have a vehicle and valid drivers license to commute from each location and be prompt to appointments.
• Other duties as assigned.
