Job summary

Aviation ABA Therapy LLC in Utah County is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home ABA therapy 1:1 with children and their families. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA, focusing on communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based ABA strategies.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to become certified with our support.
• Reliable transportation within Utah County and surrounding areas.
• Ability to kneel, squat, sit on the floor, and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Comfortable using a tablet/iPad for data collection.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children.
• Eligible to work in the U.S., with valid driver’s license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy as directed by supervising BCBA.
• Implement skill-building programs using play-based and structured teaching methods.
• Collect and record data electronically after each session.
• Communicate regularly with your BCBA and the clinical team.
• Participate in parent training sessions and generalization activities when needed.
• Assist with assessments, therapy prep, and session organization.
• Follow individualized behavior intervention plans and safety protocols.
• Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality (HIPAA compliance).
• Step into lead therapist responsibilities when requested.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Position Overview

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Aviation ABA Therapy, you’ll provide in-home ABA therapy to children and families in the Utah County area. You’ll work 1:1 with clients to strengthen communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based ABA strategies.
