Job summary

Aviation ABA Therapy LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy in the North Salt Lake and Bountiful area, working 1:1 with children under supervision of a BCBA. You will build communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based ABA strategies.

This hands-on role emphasizes data collection on tablets, collaboration with families, and ongoing supervision. Competitive hourly pay ($22–$27) and a schedule based on client caseload are offered.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required or willingness to obtain certification with company support.
• High school diploma or equivalent (required); college coursework in psychology or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation within North Salt Lake, Bountiful, and surrounding areas.
• Ability to kneel, squat, sit on the floor, and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Comfortable using tablets/iPads for data collection.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Genuine passion for working with children with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Eligible to work in the United States with a valid driver’s license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes as directed by a supervising BCBA.
• Implement skill-building programs using play-based and structured teaching methods (DTT, NET).
• Collect and record behavioral data electronically using tablets/iPads after each session.
• Communicate regularly with your BCBA and the clinical team regarding client progress.
• Participate in parent training sessions, team meetings, and generalization activities.
• Assist with assessments, materials preparation, and therapy session organization.
• Follow individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and safety protocols.
• Maintain professional boundaries and uphold client confidentiality (HIPAA compliance).
• Step into lead therapist responsibilities when requested.

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Aviation ABA Therapy, you'll provide in-home ABA therapy to children and families across North Salt Lake and Bountiful.
