Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavioral therapy in a clinical setting
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Communicate progress to supervisors
• Assist in teaching communication, self-help, and social skills
• Monitor and document client progress and data
• Adhere to company policies and safeguard patient confidentiality
• Collaborate effectively with team members and work independently as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; at least six months of experience in providing individual instructions, preferably in healthcare
• Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Reliable transportation to multiple locations
