Job summary

Cedar Tree ABA in Clearfield, UT is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our dedicated team, delivering ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental disabilities under BCBA supervision.

This role offers flexible scheduling (Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary) with a pay range of $35,000 to $90,000 per year and a $200 sign-on bonus. You will implement treatment plans and collaborate with a supportive team in a clinical setting.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• Experience providing ABA therapy to children is preferred.
• Commitment to client confidentiality and HIPAA basics.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans designed by BCBAs with guidance and supervision
• Prepare for each therapy session by reviewing client files, gathering necessary materials, and understanding session structure
• Arrive on time and interact with clients as indicated in the treatment plan for the duration of the session
• Establish and maintain a paired relationship with clients
• Implement intervention procedures as per treatment plan and BCBA's guidance
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA requirements
