Job summary

Behavioral Plus ABA in Somerville, Tennessee, is looking for an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join their compassionate ABA team. This role focuses on providing 1:1 ABA therapy in various settings, including home and school environments.

The RBT will implement treatment plans from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and is encouraged to collaborate with families, ensuring each child's growth.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team! As an RBT, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in a variety of settings, including in-home, in-school, and in-clinic. You will implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), collect and document data on client progress, and collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.

Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $20 - $26/hour
• Full-Time: or Part-Time Available
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: Oakland & Sommerville, TN

Skills and Qualifications:
