Job summary

Behavior Plus ABA in the Memphis area is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children under BCBA supervision, delivering one-on-one ABA therapy in home, daycare, or similar settings.

You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect session data, and support social, communication, and daily living skills while maintaining open communication with supervisors and parents.

Qualifications

Position Summary

We’re looking for a compassionate, reliable, and driven Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our close-knit Memphis area team.

As an RBT, you’ll work directly with children and families under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), implementing behavior intervention plans that make a real difference.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, day care, or other settings.
• Follow individualized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Support social, communication, and daily living skill development.
• Maintain communication with supervisors and parents.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $20–$26/hour depending on experience.
