Job summary

Kennedy ABA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Smithfield, NC team. This part-time role offers flexible hours with up to 30 hours per week and a pay range of $22-$28 per hour, validated by experience and availability.

You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes or schools, implement BCBA-designed plans, collect data, and collaborate closely with families and colleagues to drive client success and meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• Must have a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is required.
• Ability to pass background check and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home or in-school settings.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
