Job summary

Kennedy ABA in Raleigh, NC is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home or in-school, following individualized treatment plans set by a BCBA, and contribute to client progress data.

This role offers flexible hours up to 30 per week, competitive pay of $25-$30 per hour, paid training and certification assistance, and opportunities for career advancement while serving kids and families in the community.

Qualifications

• Must have a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is required.
• Ability to pass a background check and maintain reliable transportation for local travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home or in-school.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
