Behavioral & Educational Solutions (BES) in Silver Spring, MD is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) or Behavior Technicians (BT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children with autism. Training is paid, and supervision from BCBA is provided.

Positions offer part-time hours with growth opportunities, and require childcare experience plus reliable transportation for visits to client homes, schools, and clinics in Maryland/DC.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes, clinics, schools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass required background checks.
• Commitment to obtaining RBT certification within 90 days if not certified.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social interaction, and daily living skills.
• Support behavior reduction and positive behavior intervention programs.
• Collect and record accurate behavioral data.
• Complete session documentation and progress notes.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and clinical supervisors.
• Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development.

Behavioral & Educational Solutions (BES) is hiring compassionate, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our growing team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT). In this role, you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) while receiving ongoing support and supervision from experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

What You'll Do

As an RBT or Behavior Technician, you will:

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA

• Teach communication, social interaction, academic readiness, play, self-help, and daily living skills

• Support behavior reduction and positive behavior intervention programs

• Collect and record accurate behavioral data

• Complete session documentation and progress notes

• Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and clinical supervisors

• Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development opportunities

Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma or GED

• Previous childcare experience

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to travel to client homes, schools, and clinic locations

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to pass required background checks

• Commitment to obtaining RBT certification within 90 days if not currently certified

Preferred

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification

• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

• Experience providing ABA therapy services

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in:
