Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 in Missouri is seeking motivated individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings. You will implement individualized skill-building plans under supervision, collect session data, and foster a positive learning environment for children with Autism. No prior RBT certification?

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.
