About the Opportunity

Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) play a key role in supporting students through evidence-based behavioral interventions in school settings. This position focuses on implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies, collaborating with educators, and helping students build critical skills for success.

Key Responsibilities

• Student Support & Intervention Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) to support student success
• Work directly with students using ABA techniques to reduce challenging behaviors and increase skill acquisition
• Collect and track behavioral data to measure progress and inform interventions
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support classroom behavior management
• Collaborate & Communication Partner with supervisors and BCBAs to ensure effective service delivery
• Communicate student progress, challenges, and updates clearly and consistently
• Support a positive, team-oriented environment within school settings
