Aviation ABA Therapy LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home ABA therapy in the North Salt Lake and Bountiful area, working 1:1 with clients under BCBA supervision. You'll help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based strategies.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain with company support.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• Reliable transportation within North Salt Lake, Bountiful, and surrounding areas.
• Comfortable using tablets/iPads for data collection.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes under BCBA supervision.
• Implement skill-building programs using DTT/NET.
• Collect and record behavioral data electronically after each session.
• Communicate regularly with BCBA and clinical team regarding progress.
• Participate in parent training sessions, team meetings, and generalization activities.
• Assist with assessments, materials preparation, and therapy session organization.
• Follow individualized BIPs and safety protocols.
• Maintain professional boundaries and HIPAA compliance.
• Step into lead therapist responsibilities when requested.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Position Overview

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Aviation ABA Therapy, you'll provide in-home ABA therapy to children and families across North Salt Lake and Bountiful. Working 1:1 with clients under the supervision of a BCBA, you'll build communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based ABA strategies. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes as directed by your supervising BCBA

• Implement skill-building programs using play-based and structured teaching methods (DTT, NET)

• Collect and record behavioral data electronically using tablets/iPads after each session

• Communicate regularly with your BCBA and the clinical team regarding client progress

• Participate in parent training sessions, team meetings, and generalization activities

• Assist with assessments, materials preparation, and therapy session organization

• Follow individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and safety protocols

• Maintain professional boundaries and uphold client confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)

• Step into lead therapist responsibilities when requested

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Requirements

• Active RBT certification required (or willingness to obtain certification with company support)

• High school diploma or equivalent (required); college coursework in psychology, education, or related field (preferred)

• Reliable transportation within North Salt Lake, Bountiful, and surrounding areas

• Ability to kneel, squat, sit on the floor, and lift up to 25 lbs

• Comfortable using tablets and iPads for electronic data collection

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Genuine passion for working with children with autism and developmental disabilities

• Eligible to work in the United States with a valid driver's license and insurance
