Go Grow ABA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic across Salem, NJ. You will implement treatment plans created by a BCBA, collect data on progress, and collaborate with families to ensure client success.

The role offers flexible shifts with competitive pay between $22 and $28 per hour, plus paid training, certification assistance, and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• At least one year of ABA experience with kids.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
