Job summary

Go Grow ABA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic settings. You will implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA, collect data on progress, and collaborate with families to drive client success.

Compensation ranges from $22 to $28 per hour with flexible shifts and opportunities for paid training and advancement. This role is based in New Jersey, with travel to local areas as needed.

Qualifications

• At least one year of ABA experience with kids.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
