Go Grow ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy across in-home, in-school, or in-clinic settings. You will implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA, collect data, and collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.

Qualifications

• At least one year of ABA experience with kids.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and compassionate RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic. As an RBT with Go Grow ABA, you will implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), collect and document data on client progress, and collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.

Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $22 - $28/hour
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: Bloomfield, NJ 07003
