Job summary

Learning Ladders ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our in-home team in Bristow, VA. Starting pay is $22.00 per hour, with room to grow, and both full-time and part-time shifts.

You will provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, collect data, and document sessions in the Rethink app within 24 hours. The role emphasizes family communication and fidelity to intervention plans. Flexible scheduling and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
• Current RBT certification.
• Familiarity with ABA data collection and session documentation.
• Strong communication skills, patience, creativity and reliability.

Hours: Full-time and part-time shifts available (up to 35+ hours per week)
