EdenPath ABA in Rockville, MD is seeking an in-home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Maryland-based practice. The role offers a competitive hourly rate of $28-$32 depending on experience, plus a sign-on bonus, and will support children with autism in their home settings.

You'll receive direct, hands-on supervision from reachable BCBAs, mentorship beyond compliance, and scheduling and coordination support so you can focus on delivering high-quality therapy.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; coursework toward related field a plus.
• Reliable, compassionate, and genuinely invested in the kids you work with.
