Job summary

EdenPath ABA Therapy is hiring an RBT in Baltimore County, MD to support children in in-home or on-site settings. The role emphasizes hands-on supervision, mentorship, and a supportive team culture built around high-quality therapy.

You will work under BCBA supervision and have access to ongoing training and clear pathways for professional growth, including potential advancement along the BCaBA/BCBA track.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework toward related field is a plus.
• Reliable, compassionate, and genuinely invested in the kids you work with.

Responsibilities

• Provide RBT services in-home or on-site.
• Receive direct, hands-on supervision from BCBAs who are reachable.
• Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and supervision that counts toward growth.
