Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Richfield, MN is hiring as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). The role offers full-time hours with daytime shifts, Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, with optional Saturdays based on patient needs. Immediate start date and a pathway for growth within ABC.

Responsibilities include following treatment plans, collecting data, and assisting children through engaging, play-based therapy in a supportive clinic setting. RBT certification is required to qualify for this position.

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Age 18+ and eligible to work in the US.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and assist with mobility.

Pay (based on education & previous ABA experience)

• High School / Associate’s Degree: $20.25– $24 per hour
• Bachelor’s Degree: $21 –$25.50 per hour
• Master’s Degree: $21 –$28 per hour

Job Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
• Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
• Team mindset: may occasionally help support a nearby ABC clinic if additional coverage is needed
