The role offers guaranteed full-time hours, paid training with fully covered RBT certification, and career growth into leadership or BCBA pathways. No nights; daytime schedule with optional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently.
• Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Team mindset; may assist at nearby ABC clinic if needed.

Pay (based on education & previous ABA experience)

• High School / Associate’s Degree: $20.25– $24 per hour
• Bachelor’s Degree: $21 –$25.50 per hour
• Master’s Degree: $21 –$28 per hour
