Action Behavior Centers in Brooklyn Park, MN is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children through structured therapy sessions. You will follow individualized treatment plans, collect session data, and help kids learn through play, movement, and reading.

We offer guaranteed full-time hours, paid RBT certification, and growth opportunities into leadership roles. Start date is immediate; schedule is Mon-Fri 8am-5pm with some Saturdays based on patient needs.

Qualifications

Pay (based on education & previous ABA experience)

• High School / Associate’s Degree: $20.25– $24 per hour
• Bachelor’s Degree: $21 –$25.50 per hour
• Master’s Degree: $21 –$28 per hour

Job Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
• Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
• Team mindset: may occasionally help support a nearby ABC clinic if additional coverage is needed
