Job summary

Acclimate ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings. You will implement individualized treatment plans and collect data to monitor progress.

You will also write session notes and collaborate with supervisors, peers, and caregivers to promote learning and skill development, while maintaining high professional and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Commitment to supporting clients with compassion and professionalism.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community settings.
