Acclimate ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for flexible part-time or full-time roles in Utah. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and community-based settings, following BCBA-created treatment plans and recording progress data.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data during each session to track client progress.
• Write clear, detailed session notes documenting outcomes and progress.
• Collaborate with supervisors, peers, and caregivers to promote learning.
