Job summary

Acclimate ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time or full-time roles in Beaver, Utah. You will deliver ABA therapy one-on-one with clients in home, school, and community settings, under supervision, and contribute to data collection and progress reporting.

Qualifications

• Must hold current RBT certification (BACB).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community-based environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data during each session to track client progress.
• Write clear, detailed session notes to document outcomes and improvements.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, peers, and caregivers to promote learning and skill development.
