Job summary

Bright Builders ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our dynamic team. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic under the supervision of a BCBA, and help children reach their goals.

Responsibilities include data collection, progress documentation, and collaboration with families and team members to ensure client success. We value growth, support, and a rewarding work environment.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous ABA therapy experience with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Job Summary

As an RBT with our company, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children by providing 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic. You will implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), collect and document data on client progress, and collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
