Job summary

Bright Builders ABA in Essex, Maryland is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team and support children in achieving personal growth through evidence-based therapy.

As an RBT, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic, implement plans created by a BCBA, and collect progress data while collaborating with families and team members to promote success in a safe, friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect and document data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions

Skills

Willing to obtain RBT certification

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and document data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $22 - $28 hourly
• Part Time:
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: Essex, Maryland

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:
