Job summary

Bright Builders ABA, a dedicated ABA company, is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with evidence-based therapy. The role delivers 1:1 ABA services in home, school, or clinic settings under a BCBA-designed plan.

This part-time position in Germantown, Maryland offers flexible shifts, competitive hourly pay ($24–$32), generous PTO, and opportunities for career advancement. Candidates must hold an active RBT certification and be able to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy is a plus but not required.
• Must pass background check and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic


• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)


• Collect and document data on client progress


• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success


• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $24 - $32 hourly


• Part Time:


• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability


• Location: Germantown, Maryland

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification


• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred


• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required


• Ability to pass background check


• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
