Protouch Staffing is seeking dedicated BCBAs to join our ABA team in Philadelphia. This role offers opportunities to lead clinical teams, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with families to support positive outcomes. Newly certified BCBAs are welcome.

• Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians.
• Ensure treatment plans are client-centered and aligned with family goals.
• Provide parent/caregiver training and ongoing support.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and clinical oversight to team members.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed.
