Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with individuals with Autism in home or community settings.
• Implement behavioral intervention and individualized treatment plans for children aged 2-21.
• Participate in BCBA trainings, team meetings, client observations, and parent training.
• Receive supervision from BCBA (minimum 10% of services).
• Maintain professional boundaries as per BACB standards.

Qualifications:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Background check willingness
• Reliable car and driver’s license
• High School Diploma
• Bilingual preferred
