Job summary

Go Grow ABA seeks an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in New Jersey. This role focuses on delivering 1:1 ABA therapy across home, school, and clinic settings and implementing plans created by a BCBA.

You will collect progress data and collaborate with families to support client success. We offer flexible shifts, paid training, and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive, impact-driven environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of ABA experience with children.
• Must pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in multiple settings (home, school, clinic).
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to support client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive therapy environment.

RBT Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.

• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Collect and document data on client progress.

• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.

• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

RBT Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have at least one year of ABA experience with kids

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

• Ability to pass background check.

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
