Job summary

Go Grow ABA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Orange, NJ. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy, implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA, and help families support meaningful client progress across home, school, or clinic settings.

Qualified candidates have at least one year of ABA experience with kids, a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to pass a background check, and reliable transportation with willingness to travel locally.

Qualifications

• Must have at least one year of ABA experience with kids.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Ability to pass background check and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

RBT Duties and Responsibilities:

• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Collect and document data on client progress.

• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.

• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

RBT Skills and Qualifications:
