Job summary

Bright Builders ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic. You will implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA and help children reach their goals through data collection and progress tracking.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.

Job Summary

As an RBT with our company, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children by providing 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic. You will implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), collect and document data on client progress, and collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.

Requirements

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
