Job summary

Brighter Steps ABA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team providing high-quality ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic settings.

Responsibilities include implementing BCBA-designed treatment plans, collecting progress data, and collaborating with families to ensure client success. A high school diploma is required; RBT certification is a must or must be pursued. Travel locally and reliable transportation are expected.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous ABA therapy experience or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
