Job summary

Bright Start ABA is seeking motivated team members to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center settings. You will collect session data in Rethink within 24 hours, ensure Behavior Plans are followed, and maintain open communication with families to track progress.

We value compassionate, patient candidates with strong communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting individuals with autism and their families.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Current RBT certification required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under multiple demands and frequent interruptions.

Responsibilities

What to Bring
