Acclimate ABA is seeking a motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings in Utah. The role supports BCBA-designed plans and involves data collection, progress notes, and collaborative care.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community-based environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data during each session to track client progress.
• Write clear, detailed session notes to document outcomes and improvements.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, peers, and caregivers to promote learning and skill development.
