Achieving Stars Therapy KS is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community ABA services. You will implement plans under BCBA supervision and collect data.

The role requires travel up to 100% to clients in Olathe, KS. A high school diploma, strong teamwork, and good communication are essential; pay ranges $19–$25 per hour with benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism.
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
• HIPAA compliance and maintaining confidentiality of medical records.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 18+ years old and eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• - Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)


• - Collect data on client behavior during sessions


• - Assist in the development and implementation of care plans


• - Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies


• - Utilize applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to teach new skills and manage challenging behaviors


• - Maintain accurate and confidential client records


• - Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure effective care coordination

Skills

• - Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism
