Job summary

Achieve ABA Therapy Group is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children after school, during the day, and on weekends in Kentucky. This role includes strong BCBA mentorship, ongoing professional development, and a supportive, growth-oriented culture.

Responsibilities include conducting ABA sessions, collecting data, and collaborating with families and supervising BCBA to tailor interventions and track progress.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Passion for working with children and individuals with disabilities.
• Ability to build rapport and engage clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, one-on-one ABA therapy to children.
• Work closely with families and supervising BCBA to support progress.
• Support growth and celebrate progress with each child.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team to ensure quality care.
