Job summary

Achieve ABA Therapy Group in Colorado is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality one-on-one ABA therapy for children. You will help develop communication, social, and daily living skills while receiving mentorship from BCBA supervisors.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

• Ability to build rapport, engage clients, and make learning fun.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, one-on-one ABA therapy to help children develop communication, social, play, and daily living skills.
• Use evidence-based ABA techniques under BCBA supervision to support progress.
• Document session notes and track client progress.
