Summer Opportunity: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Needed for Day Camp in North Bethesda, MD!

Able Stars ABA is looking for an dedicated, compassionate and reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support a child attending day camp in North Bethesda, MD. This is a full-time summer position - starting immediately, thru August 25th - and an amazing chance to bring the science of ABA into a real-world, high-energy setting where fun and growth go hand in hand! In this role, you will help the kiddo engage in camp activities and develop social and behavioral skills. You will work under the guidance of a BCBA to ensure that goals and strategies are implemented effectively. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Must be available to start immediately, and commit through the end of August
• Must be very reliable and consistent
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to client in a day camp
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with family and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

• Pay Range: $35 - $40/hour
• Full-Time: 40 hours/week

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is required.
• Ability to pass background check.
