Accurate ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join their team. We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs designed to improve the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities, behavioral challenges, or other special needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, strong interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn and grow in the field of behavior analysis.

Responsibilities:
Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) designed by the BCBA to address target behaviors and skill deficits.
Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients in various settings, including homes, schools, clinics, and community settings.
Collect accurate and reliable data on client progress and behavior using specified data collection methods.
Assist in the development of individualized treatment goals and objectives based on client needs and assessment findings.
Implement behavior reduction procedures and strategies to decrease challenging behaviors and promote positive behavior change.
Provide ongoing feedback to the BCBA regarding client progress, concerns, and observations during therapy sessions.
Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards at all times.
Collaborate effectively with other members of the interdisciplinary team, including parents, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals.
Participate in regular supervision sessions with the BCBA to review client progress, discuss treatment strategies, and receive feedback.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Completion of a 40-hour training course in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and competency assessment.
Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, behavioral challenges, or special needs preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to follow directions, work independently, and collaborate as part of a team.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various locations for client sessions.
Commitment to upholding ethical standards and professional conduct in all interactions.
