Job summary

Regency ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time, in-daycare ABA services in Newnan, GA. The role provides high-quality, individualized care to clients under BCBA supervision, with a focus on helping children gain skills and independence.

The schedule is Monday–Friday 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, approximately 15 hours per week, with competitive pay, weekly pay, mileage between clients, and growth opportunities.

The RBT will provide high-quality, individualized behavioral services to clients while working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The ideal candidate is passionate about helping individuals develop meaningful skills, increase independence, and achieve personal goals.
