Magical Moments ABA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to provide direct client care in one-on-one and group settings under BCBA supervision. You will collect and record data, maintain a supportive environment, and collaborate with a team of therapists and caregivers.

Ideal candidates have an RBT certification, basic ABA knowledge, and solid communication and organizational skills. A flexible schedule supports families and the community in delivering compassionate ABA therapy.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• 6+ months ABA experience preferred.
• Knowledge of general ABA practices.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct client care in one-on-one and group settings per the treatment plan created by BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress using Central Reach.
• Maintain a safe, empathetic, and supportive environment for clients and families.
• Collaborate with therapists, providers, BCBAs, caregivers, and other professionals for effective program implementation.
• Take direction and feedback from supervising staff (BCBA/BCaBA).
• Complete training related to organization guidelines, compliance, state and federal regulations.
• Record appointments daily and comply with billing and payroll policies.
• Adhere to RBT ethics code and HIPAA confidentiality policies.
• Communicate with clients, parents, and caregivers regarding progress and findings.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to adjust therapy plans based on progress.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Responsibilities:

• Provide direct client care in one-on-one and group settings, following the protocols outlined in the treatment plan created by BCBA
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress using Central Reach
• Maintain a safe, empathetic, and supportive environment for clients and families
• Work collaboratively and communicate professionally with other therapists, providers, BCBAs, caregivers, and other professionals for effective program implementation
• Ability to take direction and feedback from the supervising staff (BCBA/BCaBA)
• Complete required training related to organization guidelines, compliance, state and federal regulations
• Accurately record appointments in practice management software daily and comply with billing and payroll policies
• Adhere to RBT ethics code and ensures all patient privacy policies, HIPAA compliance and confidentiality
• Communicate with clients, parents, and caregivers regarding client progress and behavioral intervention findings
• Collaborate with BCBAs to adjust therapy plans based on client progress and emerging needs

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Qualifications:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• 6+ months of ABA experience preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of general ABA practices
• At least 18+ years of age
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
