Job summary

Acclimate ABA in Missouri seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings, under a BCBA-created plan.

You will collect data, record progress, and write session notes while collaborating with supervisors and caregivers to promote learning and client growth.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Commitment to supporting clients with compassion and professionalism.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation for commuting to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community settings.
