Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy seeks an RBT to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans designed by supervising BCBA and collect data on progress using clinical software.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home, school, or clinic.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs.
• Collect accurate real-time data using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers for consistency.

Job Responsibilities

As an RBT at Blue Gems ABA, you will work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.

Job Requirements

• Certification: Active Registered Behavior Technician
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus).
• Experience: Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Reliability: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
