Job summary

Blue Gems ABA seeks an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality, one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings under supervision. You will implement individualized intervention plans and collect progress data in real time using clinical software.

Qualifications

• Certification: Active Registered Behavior Technician.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience: Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Reliability: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.

Job Responsibilities
