Job summary

Autism Learning Collaborative in Bellevue, Nebraska is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism at the Raynor Center.

You will implement treatment plans from a BCBA, track progress, and support families. Eligible candidates have a high school diploma, experience with kids, reliable transportation, and strong English communication skills; benefits include health coverage and PTO growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (Bachelor's in related field preferred).
• Experience working with kids.
• Reliable transportation & driver's license.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in spoken and written English to implement treatment plans, complete documentation, and communicate with caregiver and supervisors.
