Job summary

Autism Learning Collaborative in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for full-time, clinic-based work. The role offers a daytime schedule, paid 40-hour RBT training, and on-site supervision by a BCBA.

Compensation ranges from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour with quarterly raises. Responsibilities include 1:1 ABA therapy, implementing plans, and collecting data while communicating progress to families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; a related Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Experience with kids is preferred but not required; teachers, nannies, childcare workers encouraged.
• Reliable transportation and good communication with caregivers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, play-based ABA therapy to children in our clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by your BCBA, who supervises on site.
• Collect session data and share progress with families.

Requirements:

• Effective spoken and written English for treatment, documentation, and communication with caregivers and supervisors
• Spanish is a plus
