Autism Learning Collaborative in Albuquerque, NM is hiring a RBT / Behavior Technician for a full-time, clinic-based role. Work Mon–Fri days, 8:00 am–5:00 pm with paid training and on-site supervision by a BCBA; 1:1, play-based ABA therapy for children with autism in our clinic; collect session data and share progress with families.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor's in a related field is a plus), reliable transportation, English proficiency; Spanish is a plus.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide 1:1, play-based ABA therapy to children with autism in our clinic

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED (a Bachelor's in a related field is a plus)
• Experience with kids is preferred but not required. Teachers, nannies, childcare workers, and camp counselors are encouraged to apply.
• Reliable transportation
• Effective spoken and written English for treatment, documentation, and communication with caregivers and supervisors
• Spanish is a plus
