Job summary

Apple ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in New Jersey. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings, supporting children to achieve meaningful progress. Work with BCBA-designed plans, collect data, and collaborate with families and staff.

Flexible shifts and opportunities for growth are offered by Apple ABA to help you advance professionally. Must be willing to travel locally and pass background checks; compensation includes a $250

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
